What happened in Wisconsin in 2004? Was the state stolen due to Dem fraud?

I've read a few articles pointing to the numbers of phony voter registrations filed and the vandalism/violence against the state GOP during the campaign. It was also reported that the government was doing an investigation. Did anything come from this inquiry?
Can anyone from Wisconsin or that area give more details? I would like to know.

I don't know, but I do remember there being a lot of trouble for the GOP during that election in Wisconsin. Thats an interesting question. I too would be interested in an answer.
