The McCain Campaign Called....

The phone rang a little while ago. I'd rather not answer the phone at home in the evening, but since things are globalized and I'm on-call basically 24/7, I had to answer.
It was someone from the McCain campaign.
She started her schpiel, but I politely (but firmly) interrupted with words to the following effect:
I'm sorry, but if Senator McCain is going to sell out to the Kyotocrats, and do the bidding of the Europeans, and ruin our economy, and force me to move my business to Estonia, then I'm out. I have to go. Thank you. Good-bye.
When I got back from South Africa on Sunday morning, I noticed in the accumulated mail pile that there was a mailing from Senator McCain. Perhaps it would be an opportunity to use the reply envelope to write him a letter expanding upon the above. If I do that, I will post a copy in this forum.
(N.b. - Hey, Blackie - note from the above that we are both facing the same problems and thinking the same thoughts. Take a walk through here and then get back to me. Maybe there's an opportunity to even open a consulting business helping others to make the move. Hey, you know the saying about lemons and lemonade....)
don't think more can't follow.
PS- I have not tried it, but I hear the first class service on Emirates is TO DIE FOR!

The Norwegians know how to play the game of having it both ways. They talk the talk of loving care for the environment, and they drill for oil like crazy in the North Sea and Barent Sea.
The purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better.
