Really, that's what he's saying:
Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) told reporters today that the United States and Europe could limit the flow of foreign goods from India and China if the countries don't agree to start reducing their greenhouse gas emissions."I think Europeans and Americans are aware of those tools but acknowledge the focus is not to get to a place where they have to be entertained," he said.
Yeah. This threat will work wonders.

Elegant, Mr. Yousefzadeh. We might as well tell OPEC that we'll stop buying their oil and put a nuclear reactor in everyone's front yard.
And BTW, as the world's largest democracy and with over a billion very good people in it, we should look out for India. Bigtime.
I am reminded of the old movie scene where a desperate criminal is holding a gun to his head and saying: do what I tell you before someone gets hurt.
Maybe we need to start a new department here at RedState called quotes in need of a picture.
I'm sorry with respect to RedState's rules, but Kerry is a complete idiot. The guy doesn't know which end to speak out of and this is clear proof.
I'm just so happy I voted for Bush in 2004.
