...it is very, very important."

Vista really sucks!

That is one rotten shame by E Pluribus Unum

...and I mean that. So a very interested -- gripped, even -- national TV audience in Iraq is going to see:

--the good general smeared, pilloried and abused, lied to, lied about as a liar, a lackey, and a Bush administration hack.
--the Bush administration smeared and lied about as scheming, power-hungry,and dishonest.
--the American military painted as incompetent, undisciplined, and hapless.
--Iraq described as an unimportant side show.
--the EXTREMELY courageous Iraqi people (think 'purple fingers') as unworthy of liberating and supporting.
--the American public painted as if we were as gutless, dishonest, and short-sighted as the Democrats.

I can only hope that the Iraqis are watching it on FNC, where at least the Hume crowd can point out the discrepancies between the truth and what the Democrats are saying.

It's war -- so when can we start shooting back at the enemy Democrats?

I hope they by Cowboy

like the General as much as I do. He would make a great CinC.

On A Lighter Note by Bourbeau

You have to admit, it's amusing to watch the General and Ambassador Crocker struggle to understand the gist of some of the assinine questions coming from the peanut gallery. The only word for some of these idiots is incoherent. On a more positive note, we are blessed to have General Petraeus where he is, and may his efforts continue to bear fruit.

...are probably watching with mouths agape and wondering who the royal loons in the pink tiaras are and how they managed seats in the gallery.

watching with mouths agape and wondering who the royal loons in suits are and how they managed the right to question the General about anything.

That's actually true. by Jeff Emanuel

General Rasheed had a great deal of trouble understanding how and why they were allowed in.

has just gotten a lot harder. And yet, the American leftists terrorist supporters claim that American soldiers are not doing enough. If today's left wing antics did not rise to the level of aid and comfort to the enemy, I don't think anything will.

if we let the whole thing collapse. We would be FORCED into an isolationist policy.

An important question by Joliphant

These people have one and only one goal. They seek to undermine the foreign policy of the nation. At just what point does dissent become treason ? From a personal standpoint I'd say the leftist wing of the democratic party went over the edge about 5 years ago.
